Musical Pit Orchestra

Each year the Klein Oak Band and Orchestra programs combine forces to provide a live pit orchestra for the school musical. This opportunity is available to the top music students as needed to complete the instrumentation for the show. This collaboration effort is a hallmark of the fine arts program at KOHS and each year results in a rich and satisfying experience for our students. The pit orchestra is regularly recognized by the "Tommy Tune Awards" of Houston's "Theaters Under the Stars" with nominations for "Best Pit Orchestra."
